Privacy Policy of Grupa Marketingowa TAI Sp. z o.o. [TAI Marketing Group Ltd.]
1. General provisions
The personal data controller is Grupa Marketingowa TAI Sp. z o.o. [TAI Marketing Group Ltd.] with registered office in Warsaw 04-204, at ul. Jordanowska 12; NIP [Tax Identification No.] 113-23-93-178, REGON [Business Statistical No.] 015309912; KRS [National Court Register No.] 0000145319; XIII Commercial Division of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, amount of the company’s share capital: PLN 371 500. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and the data is stored on secure servers.
For the purpose of better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “you” while the term “Controller” was replaced with “we.” The term “GDPR” (General Data Protection Regulation ) is a regulation that unifies data protection law across the European Union. We respect your right to privacy and keep your data safe. For this purpose, among other things, the secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
2. Data Controller
The service provider is the controller of the clients’ data. This means that if you use our website, we process your data such as name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
The service provider is also the controller of the data of persons subscribing to the newsletter, persons using downloadable content on our website, or contacting us via the contact form.

We process the data you provide during registration, as well as the IP address used for setting your password, logging in, and opening offers from the login area. If you provide us with additional data later during our cooperation (e.g., as part of an agreement or attachment), e.g., your mobile phone number, such data is also processed by us.
Personal data provided in the forms on our landing pages are treated confidentially and are not visible to unauthorized persons.
We do NOT collect any special categories of personal data.
4. Why do we collect certain data
Our service is a business-to-business information service. We can only provide services or establish the terms of cooperation of the expected quality if we can contact you – either by telephone or e-mail – to discuss the offers that interest you.
IP addresses are only collected for technical and legal reasons.
5. Legal basis for processing your personal data:

Protecting our business model: we can only offer a free trial if we make sure that the same person or company does not repeatedly register for a free trial. We must therefore keep the data even after the free trial has expired.

During and shortly after the test, we will contact you to discuss how your company would like to use our website in the future.

Adherence to our terms of use: the information we provide is intended for use by our clients for making offers in their business sector. The downloading of tender data (including tender documents) or company data contained in the database for the purpose of reselling it is prohibited. Technical tools for capturing data (e.g., bots) are prohibited as they may affect the performance of our platform and violate our legal interest.
7. Voluntary consent

By giving us your voluntary consent to receive news or offers about our services, you are allowing us to e-mail or call you if we have new services or ideas that we think would be helpful to your business when making offers. We may also send you promotional offers for our services. We will not send you messages unrelated to public procurement. You can always withdraw your consent by sending an e-mail to kontakt@pressinfo.pl or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in one of our e-mails related to the consent you have given.

8. Recipients of the data

We do not sell or otherwise share the personal data of our website’s users with third parties. We only share your personal data with companies that process data on our behalf, i.e., companies whose services are necessary for the operational efficiency of the TAI Marketing Group Sp. z o.o. (for accounting, marketing services, and the proper operation of our website). We have agreements with companies that process data on our behalf to ensure the protection of our users’ personal data.

We anonymize IP for Google Analytics, which means that Google will not receive your full IP address, making it impossible to identify you or use detailed geo-targeting. In addition, we do not use remarketing, so you will not receive advertising from us based on your browsing history.
